If you have tons of left over food, dozens of colorful hard boiled eggs or an appetite for something other than Easter brunch or dinner then today we will help you use up your left overs and create a dish that does not repeat yesterday’s holiday. Here is your Daily Dose brought to you by the Laramie Area Chamber of Commerce.

1. Leftover Ham-n-Potato Casserole. Use up all of your leftover ham in this casserole dish that will fill you and your family up. This is an opportunity to clear out the fridge and have a new dish for dinner.

2. British America. Tonight at the University of Wyoming Fine Concert Hall experience Scott Meredith, trumpet; Isaac Swanson, trumpet; Jason Johnston, horn; Mark Rabideau, trombone; Charlie Ortega, tuba as they preform starting at 7:30 pm.
