Here is your Daily Dose brought to you by the Laramie Area Chamber of Commerce.

1. Laramie Mountain Bike Series. 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM The goal of the LMBS is to provide a low key and inexpensive evening of bike racing for all levels of mountain bikers. With a relaxed atmosphere, there is still quality and competitive racing. This is a great series for first timers through pro riders. Courses are new each race. We strive for course lengths and technical difficulties that match the categories racing them. Our beginner courses tend to be on the short side with a limited amount of technical riding; ideal for those new to racing. The Intermediate, Advanced and Open races usually have a bit more in the way of challenging riding and we try to make the distances reasonable to each category. $10 per race, or $5 per race for beginniers. Registration for entire series is $30. Kids division is FREE

2. Dinner at Mizu Sushi. Mizu Sushi specializes in Japanese and Vietnamese Cuisine. Tonight, go out with a friend, co-worker or loved one and experience this laramie gem. The LACC suggest ordering the Alaska Roll or the Caterpillar Roll. Mizu Sushi is located at 307 S. 3rd St. Check out their menu online and plan ahead for a great meal.
