1. NCAR-Wyoming Supercomputing Center Open House.  9:00 AM – 4:00 PM the NCAR-Wyoming Supercomputing Center located in the North Range Business Park will be open for a one-time, special public tours. Large groups are asked to call ahead to make a reservation.

2. Teton Gravity Research Film Showing. The Student Activities Council will be showing the film Dream Factory from Tenton Gravity Research at 8 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 17, in the Arts and Sciences Auditorium.

For the past 16 years, Teton Gravity Research has been making pilgrimages to Alaska. This film follows Teton Gravity Research’s present day athletes daring enough to take on the Alaskan frontier. The crew voyages from the Alaskan training grounds to Jackson Hole, WY, and Pemberton, BC. Watch as they immerse themselves into the Alaskan way of life during a record snowfall year in skiing terrain beyond our dreams.
