The snow has hit! We went from rain storm warnings to snow piling on the ground, why not bust out some of those winter clothes and recipes and stay warm today. Please remember to always drive safe and with weather like this be cautious and aware of the drivers around you. This is your Daily Dose brought to you by the Laramie Area Chamber of Commerce.

1. Reveal the Path. 7:00 PM

Reveal the Path is a genre-defying adventure film that contemplates what it means to live an inspired life using the bicycle as a mechanism to explore, dream and discover.

Regions explored include Scotland’s lush valleys, Europe’s snow capped mountains, Morocco’s high desert landscapes, Nepal’s rural countryside and Alaska’s rugged coastal beaches. Ride along and get lost in the wonders of the world… Meet the locals living modest yet seemingly fulfilling lives, leading us to question what it means to live an inspired life – however humble or extravagant. Filmed across four continents and featuring Tour Divide race legends, Matthew Lee & Kurt Refsnider, this immersible film is sure to ignite the dream in you. It will be shown in the University of Wyoming Classroom Building, RM 129 on the University of Wyoming Campus.

2. Polar Bear Extravaganza for Kids.  3:30 PM – 5:00 PM You and your children are invited to our Polar Bear Extravaganza, where a panel of polar bear experts from Polar Bear International and the University of Wyoming will share their up-close-and-personal experiences with these intriguing, threatened mammals.

3:30 – 4:15: Experts in the hot-seat, a time for experts tell stories of their adventures and research in the arctic, plus an opportunity to ask questions of these experts.

4:15 – 5:00: Educational stations for children to get hands-on experience with polar bear ecology and research, greenhouse gases, food webs, and creating a souvenir to take home.
