Look how beautiful it is outside! Use it to your advantage and after work throw on your workout clothes and head to the great outdoors. This is your Daily Dose brought to you by the Laramie Area Chamber of Commerce.

1. Circuit Train! Now that it is nice outside opt for a good circuit training work out at the Laramie High School track.
