In two days, I am going to the play Time Stands Still, as presented by the University of Wyoming Department of Theatre and Dance. The play is the first installment of the The Summer Theatre Company’s summer stock show lineup. The Summer Theatre Company is made up of students and professionals. This summer is the 60th anniversary of the Summer Theatre Company. Laramie’s Summer Theatre Company is one of the oldest summer theatre programs west of the Mississippi. This Broadway-hit from the Pulitzer Prize-winning author of DINNER WITH FRIENDS is a moving and often hilarious story of relationships and what happens when ordinary life is refracted through the lens of two journalists who return home to the U.S. after covering wars over seas for years.
