It’s all in the eyes!

Garret Howell, O.D. grew up in Riverton, WY, studied at the University of Wyoming, and went onto graduate school at The Ohio State University College of Optometry.  Dr. Howell has participated in Student Volunteers for Optometric Service to Humanity as well as outreach clinics which provide care for those with financial hardships.  Dr. Howell lives in Laramie with his wife and three children.
Jessica Albers, O.D. was born and raised in Iowa and recently moved to Cheyenne. She completed her undergraduate studies at Central College in Pella, Iowa and attended graduate school at the Illinois College of Optometry.  Dr. Albers works at the Cheyenne Vision Clinic but commutes to Laramie once a week and would be happy to have you as a patient.
