Summer is on its way (hopefully!), and one place that is getting an early start on preparations is NU2U Laramie. This Laramie Chamber Business Alliance
member has been replacing the long pants and shirts with short ones on the vast racks of clothing that make up most of the eclectic shop. Employee Esther told us that they are excited about the change from winter to summer, especially when it comes to there gear program.
“We have our gear consignment program, which is new and exciting. In the winter it was mostly snowboards and skis and now we will be switching over to summer things like backpacking equipment,” said Esther
NU2U also has a vast section of other items including shoes, accessories, records, wall decorations, and even mounted animal heads all for great prices. They do still have many winter items for those looking to catch the last of the snow.
If you are looking to clean out your closet and perhaps gain a little money for your previous investments, NU2U also has a consignment program. They accept consignment Saturday, Monday and Tuesday during business hours, you can consign up to 25 items per week. You can also donate clothes, they accept them any day of the week other than Sunday. Headed into the warm months, NU2U will be looking for summer type items including: camping gear, rock climbing gear, fishing gear.
NU2U is located at 116 E. Custer, you can find out more about them at http://thriftandconsignmentlaramie.com/ or follow them on Facebook, they post employee selected outfits often and these are not to be missed!
